What happens in a session?

In each session, we look at your target role, pull apart your real experience and rebuild your answers using the CARL method so they land clearly under pressure.

However, if you do not have any experience we can work with, I will advise you on what programme is right for you.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes. Every session is recorded and transcribed so you can review your own answers and tracker how they're improving between sessions.

Would I be guaranteed a job?

This session is to help you build confidence and position you for the best possible outcome.

It doesn't guarantee you a job as landing a role depends on your performance during the interview and meeting the recruiter's interviewing criteria.

We work on your communication skills, positioning, mapping out your experience and using interviewing techniques to answer questions at the level expected for the role.
